Counter-Notice (If You Are the Artist)

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe this was a mistake, you may send us a counter-notice at legal@shiblumusic.com.bd including:

• Your full contact details.
• Identification of the removed content.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to an error or misidentification.
• Your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
