This Distribution Agreement outlines the relationship between Shiblu Music and the artist/label.
You grant Shiblu Music the non-exclusive right to distribute your music to digital stores and platforms worldwide. You retain full ownership of your music and copyrights.
Shiblu Music will collect royalties from partnered platforms and distribute them to you after deducting applicable service fees. Payouts will be made on a scheduled basis (monthly/quarterly).
You confirm that you are the rightful owner (or have necessary licenses) for all music, artwork, and related content you upload. You agree to indemnify Shiblu Music against any legal claims arising from your content.
This agreement remains valid until either party decides to terminate it with written notice. Shiblu Music reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright laws or platform guidelines.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
